Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them, unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at peoplemart.online101@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately.

Some items, including perishable goods, personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days as permitted by law.
